My job has evolved over the years.  Not only do I custom cut your beef and pork, but I take the time to know what the local producers are offering so I can act as a unpaid middleman for you.  I can walk you through the shopping and buying process to make  it  simple and streamlined.  It is in my best interest to find you the beef or pork that suits your needs, so you will trust me witth that decision year after year.  You also may form a relationship with a  local producer that can last a lifetime.  I like to think part of my job is to introduce buyers to sellers.
